
Kevin Franco
Attorney Kevin Franco received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School in 2022 and his Bachelors of Science Degree in International Affairs and Political Science, as well as a Minor in Economics at Florida State University in 2017. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Mr. Franco is a first-generation American and fully fluent in Spanish. Mr. Franco has worked in various areas of immigration law, including family-based immigration, refugee work, and removal defense.
In 2017, Mr. Franco became a DOJ Accredited Representative, authorized to represent immigrants in certain matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, as well as the Board of Immigration Appeals. That same year, Mr. Franco assisted in founding non-profit World Relief’s Immigration Legal Services program in High Point, North Carolina. During this time, Mr. Franco prepared numerous family-based and similar petitions, as well as applications for relief.
Mr. Franco joined Murphy Law Firm in 2018 and worked as the firm’s Senior Paralegal while attending Rutgers Law School. . He has been a member of the Chester County Bar Association since 2023. In 2024, he became a shareholder and part-owner at Murphy Law Firm.
